Kansoft named to clutch's 100 fastest growing companies 2026

Clutch has named Kansoft to its 100 Fastest Growing Companies list for 2026.

Clutch is a B2B review and rating platform whose listings are based on verified client interviews rather than self-reported claims. The growth ranking looks at revenue growth over a defined period across companies on the platform.

What the ranking actually measures

Worth being precise, because growth awards are easy to over-read.

It measures growth, not quality. A fast-growing company can still be a poor fit for your project. The useful signal in a Clutch listing is not the ranking itself — it is the verified client interviews sitting underneath it, which are conducted by Clutch, not written by us.

It is a group-level figure. Kansoft operates across several entities; the ranking reflects the group. The Swiss entity, Kansoft (Schweiz) GmbH, is the contracting party for clients in Switzerland and the DACH region.

It says nothing about your specific engagement. No award does. What it does indicate is that the business is growing rather than contracting — which matters for a buyer signing a multi-year engagement, because vendor stability is a real risk.

Why this is relevant to a DACH buyer

Procurement in Switzerland, Germany and Austria tends to weigh supplier continuity heavily — often more heavily than price. A supplier that shrinks mid-engagement is a genuine operational risk, and it is one of the standard questions in a due-diligence pack.

Independent, verified evidence of growth answers part of that question. It does not answer the rest, which is why we would rather point you at:

  • Reference clients in the region. Palisis (TravelTech, Swiss client) and Zeus Bioscience (MedTech/IVF, regulated context) are more informative than any ranking.
  • Certifications with named scope. ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 are certified; SOC 2 Type II is a report — an attestation, not a certification. revDSG, GDPR and PCI-DSS are aligned, because regulations are not certifiable.
  • Where accountability sits. Contracting, delivery accountability and the client-facing relationship sit with the Swiss entity, with engineering capacity from delivery centres in Udaipur and Pune overlapping CET.

The problems clients actually come to us with

The recognition is pleasant. The work behind it is more specific, and it clusters in five places:

  • Legacy systems in Swiss companies that still run the business and cannot be safely replaced in one step.
  • The cost of in-house engineering capacity in a market where the profiles are scarce and expensive.
  • Digital transformation that stalls between a pilot and production.
  • Missing AI and cloud implementation experience — not strategy decks, but people who have shipped it.
  • Supplier reliability over a multi-year horizon, which is the question this ranking speaks to most directly.

Scale, stated precisely

Because inflated numbers are the fastest way to lose a Swiss reader’s trust, the figures we use are exact and never rounded up: 250+ engineers, 250+ clients, 600+ projects, 18 years of engineering experience across the Kansoft group.

That scale is the backbone behind local Swiss accountability, not a substitute for it. The Swiss entity is who you contract with and who answers for delivery.
